1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bty99 ("bty99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bty99.io ("the Platform"). • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using an online betting platform is expressly prohibited under applicable law.

3 Eligibility

Use of the bty99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a player's use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bty99 applies a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.

bty99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered on the bty99 Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested by bty99.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where bty99 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account, bty99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and, in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, retain any real-money balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Where information changes — including contact details or payment method information — you must update your account profile promptly. bty99 shall not be liable for any consequences, including failed withdrawals, arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bty99 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another player's Account for any purpose.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bty99 support immediately at [email protected]. bty99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, restrict access to the Account pending resolution.

bty99 will not be liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of unauthorised account access that arises from the player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials. All bets placed and transactions completed while an account is accessed with the correct login credentials — whether by the account holder or an unauthorised third party — will be treated as valid unless bty99 is notified of the breach prior to the transaction being processed.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bty99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally processed instantly and credited to the player's Account in real time, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the Account ("same-method withdrawal policy"). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their source. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

Unless specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that remain subject to a wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bty99 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of bty99 (or the relevant third-party data provider where applicable) shall be final.

bty99 offers pre-match and in-play ("live") betting across a range of sports, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and others. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Platform.

bty99 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already commenced and the outcome was known, or where live data feeds experienced a verifiable delay.
• The odds offered were the result of a manifest error ("palpable error"), including odds that were clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices.
• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• There is evidence of match fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other circumstances that reasonably cast doubt on the integrity of the event.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's Account balance. bty99 accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from the voiding of a bet in accordance with these Terms.

9 Casino & Games

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bty99 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, or impersonating another person.
• Opening more than one Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or gain any unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of event manipulation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to conceal their origin.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform, whether to gain a financial advantage or for any other purpose.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions applicable to the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards bty99 staff or other players.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

bty99's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bty99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. bty99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance where possible.

14 Privacy & Data
